What if I have decided to cancel my order?

Do not panic! If you want to have your order canceled. At Velquora we have friendly customer care and rules. You are requested to tell Velquora about it as soon as possible. Cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, shipment takes place within one business day. You are required to email us a However, if your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. Your best option then is to return the item for a redeemable voucher. Please note that in our efforts to deliver unmatched customer service, we aim to ship your order within 24 hours.

Can I cancelled my order?

We understand that you may need to cancel an order. Here’s how it works:

• For COD Orders: You can cancel before your order is processed. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
• For Online Payments: If you wish to cancel before shipping, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

Please Note: If an order is returned due to non-payment of customs duties or failure to receive it, shipping costs will not be refunded.
